            Great escape to the lake!

            5 of 5
My husband and I, and our two dogs came here for the long weekend in the fall. We enjoyed the property and it was clean and neat. The house had everything we needed and it was cozy.( The beds were very comfy) The view from the house to the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed the views from the deck and the dock with our coffee or with our cocktails in the evening. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks on the lake. We've never done it before, and it was certainly a bonus to be able to enjoy them. We used the outdoor shower for our stay there. The one inside is small, but it was a nice to be able to use the outdoor shower before the really cold weather was upon us. We were outside as much as possible. Went walking the pups every day in the near by trails. We had beautiful weather all weekend, except on Sunday. We just stayed indoors and played games provided( Some need updating) and watched movies.( It was hard not having regular tv, but movies were provided, but they were older. If you can bring own they have a VCR and regular DVD(Not Blue Ray) slots on the tv. We appreciated having WIFI and it was a strong signal. Lastly, Francoise was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns prior to renting her property. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us all. Looking forward to renting again. Thanks, Lisa and Kevin Boyce

            A First-Class Vacation Spot!

            5 of 5
I was told by a friend that this was the perfect property if you want to be on the lake, and he was understating it. The view is magnificent, facing the setting sun, and the beach is a rare thing on Lake Winnipesaukee. It is the perfect place for children because the sandy beach goes out gradually which is ideal for swimming. What stands out the most about the property in my mind is the family that owns it. They are the nicest people you could hope to meet when you rent property. Yes, they live next door, but that is a big plus because they treat you more like family than tenants. They truly enjoy people and would do anything they could to accommodate your needs. We could not find anything they had not thought of in the unit to make living there comfortable. The kitchen is superbly equipped with more than enough dishes, glasses, etc., the beds are very comfortable, there is a washer and dryer as well as dishwasher. As you sit in the living room and dining area and look out at the lake, you will not want to leave. My first reaction upon entering the place was that they had a lot of pride in their property and took great care of it. The place is immaculate. It is truly the Heaven of lake rental properties, and it is close to grocery shopping and all the great Lakes Region activities. You can't stay here without wanting to come back!

            Best Place in Wolfeboro!!!

            5 of 5
We just got back from Staying at this "chalet" and it was the best!! We stayed on Lake Winni in the past, and it was very noisy. This house is located on Rust Pond which is about 2 miles from Lake Winni and Wolfeboro town, and it was the quietest, most tranquil place you will ever go!! The loons at night made it extra special. The fishing was incredible. Smallies, Largemouth Bass, Pikes, etc. were abundant!! Catfish at night seemed to come outta nowhere!! Swimming was incredible also!! The house itself has everything you need. The owners were super super nice and accommodating. Please don't pass this one up!! Much better than staying on the big lake. Lori Russell Pennsylvania
