This was our first time in Innsbruck, and we were looking for a reasonably priced apartment within a short train ride to the ski venue in Seefeld (30 minutes) and within walking distance to the downtown area. This location met that criteria. The apartment was clean, had a comfortable bed, sofa, and table and chairs for meals, and ample storage for our clothes. It was also equipped with plates, utensils, cooking essentials, a hair dryer, towels, toilet paper- the basics. It was a 30 minute walk to the main train station and Old Town, so we walked everywhere. We were charged exactly what was stated in the VRBO contract, except for a 1 Euro tax per person per day that we needed to pay in cash on arrival that did not appear in the list of charges on the VRBO website but DID appear in the contract we got from the apartment management prior to our travel there. That document also mentioned a 200 Euro damage deposit, but we did not have to pay that. The apartment manager was friendly and met us promptly at the agreed upon time to let us into the apartment. We took a cab to and from the airport- a 5 minute ride and 9 Euro each way.
The only thing preventing us from giving a 5 star rating is that a few things were in need of repair. The bathroom sink had a bit of a slow leak, the kitchen sink faucet was loose, and the shower drained very slowly, to the point that we would occasionally have to turn it off for a few minutes to let it drain. There were also a few light bulbs that were out.
Despite that, we enjoyed our stay immensely and recommend this apartment!
Had a great stay. Everything we needed was there. Nice, clean apartment. Completely comfortable for our group of 6 people. Patric was very friendly, attentive, and easy to contact when needed even though he was out of town. Highly recommended.
