Evangelia and her dad looked after us so well. The house was
cute and quiet. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the fresh sheets and towels. It was just a short picturesque walk to swim through fields of sheep, cows, horses and goats and equally close to town for great restaurants and supermarkets. The location is perfect. We took their advice and hired a car to explore the island. So glad we did. Tinos is an absolute gem of an island. If you’re foodie, you’ll find some of the finest restaurants and local produce around. Check out the daily farmers market in the port. Legendary. Or catch one of the fisherman returning in the morning. There’s dozens of place to swim depending on what you like - rustic or luxury. All in all, a wonderful holiday.
We were very happy with our stay in this house. It's a traditional Tinian house but has all the conveniences and comforts of a newer house. We liked the simplicity of the house, and the authenticity. The house is actually two complete apartments, one above the other, and while we didn't use the kitchen area in the lower apartment, we certainly could have. The balcony areas of the house are very nice and offer a view of the sea and the nearby islands. The house comfortably accommodates four people, with two double beds and two full bathrooms. Eugenia, the woman who manages the house and showed us everything, is very pleasant, helpful, and solicitous. There is one private parking space that belongs to the property, which made our stay even easier. Several nice tavernas quite nearby the house, and the close villages of Dyo Choria and Arnados are both very pretty. I'd recommend this house to anyone and am sure I'll return in future.
