              Yeah Mon!

              4 of 5
If you're coming to visit the island, this ocean front cottage is a great place to stay! You will be enveloped with an authentic Jamaican vibe as soon as you arrive. The staff is super nice and very accommodating. Although I felt safe anywhere on the island, there is added peace of mind while on property with a locked gate at the front entrance. The staff simply buzzes you in and out at your leisure. This makes it easy for children to be left unsupervised while playing in the pool or whatever. Also, there are only two rooms so you would not have to worry about many other random guests. The room is very nice with all the comforts of home. There is an overhead ceiling fan as well as an oscillating fan to help regulate, however, there is no air conditioning. I was pleasingly surprised to find a snack basket with Jamaican treats and island grown fruits, as well as a stocked mini fridge with delicious juices, water, and of course a red stripe to start your vacation off right. They also supplied sunscreen and mosquito spray for yet another added bonus. I have to say the only negative aspect of the place is that there is no beach access. There is a great view of the ocean and swings down by the water but it is rocky down there so they have fenced off the shore line. All in all I would say this ocean front villa captures Jamaica's beauty and charm while keeping you comfortable throughout your stay. Yeah Mon!

So good we had to return for more!

Jennifer did it again!!! My husband and I stayed last year August and had such a great experience we had to make a return this year. My husband and I are born Jamaicans who live and work in the US. And this piece of paradise was every bit of relaxation we needed and looked forward to. The view, the pampering, the seclusion, the privacy, and the all around Jamaican feel of the property and the staff made our stay so lovely. I believe their goal is to make us feel special... And boy oh boy MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Thank you all so much!!! And yes we will be back !!!

Truly Memorable Stay at Glory Be!

              5 of 5
My husband and I stayed at Glory Be in the Sunspots Cottage for one glorious month! Karen and Ronnie are the perfect hosts. The grounds are gorgeous, the sea beautiful and the cottages very comfy. We went there to relax and that's exactly what we did-- could not have been more content. When we arrived, I had bronchitis and a nasty cold. Karen fixed me some wonderful Moringa tea to help me heal. I am now a believer in the wonders of sorrel juice! Also, we had plenty of fresh key lime juice from the little trees on the property. Ebony and Daisy, the Glory Be doggies, were frequent visitors to our little cottage. Thanks to the graciousness of Karen and Ronnie, we met many of their close friends. All in all, Karen and Ronnie made us feel like family. We plan to make Glory Be a yearly ritual and we're looking forward to our next visit! Christine W.
