Our Family in Italy!!!

5 of 5
Our experience couldn't have been better. Andrea and Lucia are amazing hosts! The house is beautiful, the view is outstanding and they take care of their guests in a careful way and made us feel very special. We can mention the delicious breakfast, the perfect set up for bed linens, their suggestions on what to do around....everything was taken care in every detail. We felt like in our own home. Now, we have a family in Italy. Everyone should book with confidence. No way to regret...the time we need to leave was really difficult. We definitively wanted to stay a couple of more days. Lucia and Andrea, Thanks again for everything...we will see you again for sure. Let's keep in touch. Love. Alex, Andrea, Sophia and Matheus.

Marvelous Tuscan holiday!

5 of 5
This villa was PERFECT! We were a party of 4, 2 couples traveling together for the first time. This villa had two separate large bedrooms, each with on suite bathrooms. In the middle, a roomy common area had a full kitchen & living room (with a sleeper sofa & TV). The apartment was clean & well maintained. The beamed roof, shuttered windows, & thick walls added to the ambiance we wanted & the privacy we experienced. This was home base. From here, we were able to plan day trips to the beauty that Tuscany promises. Nearby Radda in Chianti is quaint- ancient architecture, shopping, restaurants, gelato, espresso. etc. We experienced Florence, Sienna, the walled cities of Montereggio & San Gimignano, & also Pisa & Lucca. By staying in this villa, we enjoyed the beauty of the Tuscan countryside- the mountains, lush valleys, tall cedars, vineyards, & olive groves as well as city access to museums & galleries & history. We'll be back!

While the space was ample, comfort was lacking.

The property location is very good. It's only about two blocks from the Campo and is a very large apartment. Automobile parking requires about a 1 mile walk; however, the owner arranged for us to enter the city for unloading and loading our vehicle. The sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable and we did not have hot water for 24 hours during our three nights' stay. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and he showed us around the apartment. The apartment was clean. The street noise was loud but not unexpected.
