Excellent place to stay in Rome

        5 of 5
My family of 9 stayed in this wonderful apartment just recently. Adrianna was easy to communicate with and wonderful to work with including suggestions. She even met us late at the apartment on the night we arrived to orient us. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood right near bus stop that takes you to Rome Central. It's also about a 15 minute walk to St. Peter's. There is a great grocery store within minutes. The apartment was large and fit my family of 9 comfortably as well as providing enough bathrooms. The apartment was as pictured and the beds were comfortable. It was November so we didn't have to worry about the summer heat or air-conditioning. Adrianna provided us with transport to and from the airport which was great. I can't say enough about how comfortable this apartment is for a large family that's not afraid to walk a little bit. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. As we were in Rome most of the time, we did not use the kitchen or cooking facilities but they seem to be there. We ate breakfast from the grocery store they're most mornings. Adrianna's apartment is a great value for the money.

        Lovely stay near Vatican City

        4 of 5
We arrived in Rome and Matteo helped arrange a driver from the train station. That was helpful since it had started to rain and we had lots of luggage. The apartment was renovated and lovely. Spacious with 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. One shower was very small. There was no soap so bring your own amenities or buy from local store down the street. The air conditioning was great especially since it was around 88-90 degrees and humid out. The location was Fantastic. So close to the Vatican which is crazy crowded but after 6:00 the area is quieter and the locals are out. Local restaurants were great and not expensive. We did have a few issues. The beds were not that comfortable and I had to switch my bed with my son because I couldn't sleep in it. I did notify Matteo who said he would rectify this for next customer. I must say that all the beds were just average comfort. We also only received one towel per quest for three nights. So ask for more if that isn't enough or you can wash. Lastly this Homeaway was the only one we used that required a large security deposit and required payment in Euro upon arrival. We did receive security deposit back in cash the day we left. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would have loved to give it 5 stars but the beds were not that comfortable to warrant the highest rating.

My wife, a friend, and I recently enjoyed a 2-week stay in this spacious and stately apartment in the Prati neighborhood of Rome. From the moment we arrived, all of us were impressed by its open living spaces, marble-tiled floors, and elegant furnishings. It truly felt as if we were living in a palazzo! One of the features of the apartment we most enjoyed is the covered terrace, with its view of the neighborhood and streets beneath and around us. It quickly became a favorite spot for our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! The building is located in a nice residential section of the city, with many tree-lined streets and a short distance from the Vatican. We discovered numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, and never felt concerned for our safety. The security of the apartment building itself was very reassuring as well. Perhaps the most valuable feature of this apartment is the gracious and charming owner, Laura. We will never forget how she greeted us upon arrival, helping us with our luggage, and showing us around our new “home-away-from-home”. She was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay, and offered many suggestions to make our visit more enjoyable. By the end of our stay, she had become very dear to us, so it was a sad day when we had to say our farewells. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone seeking an authentic living experience in a nice neighborhood of Rome. Ciao, Laura! Sei una bella signora!
