Beautiful views - Secluded but accessible

Our family of 8 enjoyed the large family feel of the home in the Florence country side. The table for ten and the very large lounge area was a selling point for me. Our host was warm, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. After our long journey we were surprised that we had to make our own beds before retiring and the heating was less than what we were familiar with for a very chilly late March. As in many of the older homes electricity was a matter of choice...the hair dryer or the oven. Even though we walked down the lane to and from the bus stop. I would recommend a car, if possible. Overall the home was delightful and our family will remember it fondly! Thanks

Serene - near Florence; in the rolling hillside

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Quiet, clean, serene. Francesca greeted us with the best homemade chocolate cake! A car is not needed if you are willing to take the local bus (less than 2 Euro each way) and/or walk. It is a bit of a walk to Florence (for the fit), but great exercise and beautiful views. Small kitchenette was supplied with basics. A local restaurant is nearby and also sells, wine cheese, bread, salami and other treats for a quick snack - or make it a full meal sitting in the garden and watching a beautiful Tuscan sunset!
