                        Fabulous holiday property

                        5 of 5
We had a great stay at this villa. The décor was somewhat basic but all the facilities were in good condition and apartment clean, convenient and warm. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided everything we could possibly need. There was also a selection of DVDs and games on hand. Outside there were plenty of seating areas and I can imagine they'd be great spaces in summer. I like the fact that it consists of 3 self-contained apartments that can be rented together or individually. Alessandra and Maria were very helpful in answering all our questions. Stava is a small hamlet just outside the main village of Tesero and down the road from Cavalese. Local people we met were all very friendly and welcoming. We were a few minutes' drive away from the ski-slopes in one direction and the main town in the other direction. The free ski bus stopped right outside the property but there was not much traffic on the roads, so it still felt quiet and secluded. There is good access to a Eurospar supermarket, ice rink, swimming complex, lovely shops and restaurants. In summary it is an excellent place to stay in and we'd love to use it again if we ever visit that part of the world in the future.

We, a Norwegian family of five (children 4, 7 and 9), spent a week in Pera in the fall. With only a few meters from the separate car park and the ground floor flat, logistics were easy. The apartment faced the large and well kept lawn outside, so it was easily accessible from both sides. Flat was normally equipped but in our view in need of several lamps (only ceiling lamps in most rooms). Bed side lamps were missing on 5 of 6 beds. The shower was great with lots of warm water and good pressure. A lot of information material and maps of the area in the flat. Grocery shopping was 50 m away and a good restaurant 75 meters away.

A wonderful house that gives a true feel for Italy

                        5 of 5
We rented this house for one week in September. For part of the time we had 4 couples staying. Each bedroom has a nice bathroom (4 in total). The house is decorated nicely and comes furnished with everything needed. The terrace in the back provided a daily sun filled area for relaxing with a spectacular view. The owner, Bruno, and his family were so welcoming and available for anything we needed. They even arranged for a cooking class at the house which was amazing. The house is in a fairly remote area but easy to get to by car. As described, it offers a nature/farm like environment. We ate figs off the trees, squash from the garden, fresh picked mushrooms and peaches. The house could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. We would highly recommend this VRBO home!
