This lake house is perfect! The location is great... near Brown County State Park, Nashville and not too far from Bloomington. The house is set in a wooded residential feeling lake area, on an inlet of the narrow lake. We were there in fall, so the leaves were colorful and the acorns dropped with a "boom" on to the decks. The sunset was lovely over the lake and hillside. The house is exceptionally clean and well-prepared for your visit. Joa was helpful with information, stocked many items most houses don't and provides a house that is like home. The three bedrooms offer plenty of beds (one with three large beds). There are plenty of bathrooms for a large group, all with granite and tile, soap, lotion, and heavenly soft towels! The deck space is large and the dock offers loads of sitting room, and even a diving place for kids to enjoy. My son had to dive, just once, even though the water was cold since it IS fall. The advice I offer is... COME. But be prepared for steps. The main living area is down steps, the deck is down many steps, and even getting into the house requires steps. But this house is one not to overlook! We truely enjoyed it!
