Teal Vista is a Beautiful house in a fantastic location, a nice quiet neighborhood close to all attactions but far enough away that you have privacy. Watching sunrise on the privacy of one of the many porches with Coffee was the perfect start to every day. We even observed the Cruise ships coming to and from Port while sitting on our decks; it looks exactly like the photos.
The pictures of the house and location are spot on. The house can easily sleep 5-7 people in the house. There are 2 complete bedrooms, and a loft with a double bed, and a single. There is another single bed on the 2nd floor landing. Both the Loft and the Landing would make good accommodations for young adults or older children.
The kitchen is well stocked w/ all of the necessities for cooking and living, and for those who would like to do laundry & dishes while away, the house comes with a laundry room and a dishwasher. All the comforts of a spacious home
The community pool was a beautiful way to start/end a day and only a short walk, one house away. Alternatively if you prefer the beach, it is possible to walk to the beach about 15 minutes away. For those who prefer to drive, only a 5 minute drive.
The Roatan Life family (Mike, Liz, Tree, Juliette) took excellent care of us from booking, to organizing a car and along with meeting us and providing the tour of the house. We can't say enough about the excellent service. When we arrived there was a snack package awaiting us and cold beverages in the Fridge, what more could you ask for?
For Dining: The following 3 are excellent:
Oasis - about 5-7 minutes away (the best Korean Short Ribs, Butter Chicken, Lamb and Key Lime Pie we've ever eaten),
Romeo's in French Harbor - Excellent Italian food - try the Fried Ravioli, the pizza - or pretty much anything on the Menu you won't be disappointed.
Celeste’s - in West End has great island cuisine and atmosphere, can't wait to eat there again.
