              Recent Big Island Hawaii Reviews

              Very comfortable cabin!

              4 of 5
Great deal for this no frills yet very comfortable cabin! It's a little off the beaten path, but you get the benefit of hearing the birds instead of traffic in the morning and evening. It's also close to the ocean, which we didn't quite realize until we left. It's about 40 minutes to the volcano, and about 30 mins to downtown Hilo. The kitchen has all the necessities, and it's easy to hook up a computer or tablet to the TV . The bed is a little on the hard side but still quite comfortable, and we were super excited to have a king size as that's what we have at home. If you're looking for uber luxury, this is not the place for you. But if you're low key travellers looking for a more authentic Hawaiian experience with all the comforts of home, this is it! Plus, there are two lovely dogs which add to the homey feel. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, David!
