A great place to stay in the Western Dordogne

                    5 of 5
It was the first trip to the Dordogne for our group of three American couples, and the house suited us very well. It is roomy and well appointed, with an especially large kitchen - very helpful for the morning and evening meals, which we always ate in the house. Good size bedrooms and baths as well. David and Andrea were always helpful as needed. Now, because of the location, we had to do some driving to get to spots like Sarlat and Rocamadour - musts for any first visit to the region. But the countryside scenery is half the fun in the region, so this was not an issue at all. There is so much in the area that we did not get to see - we must return again, and would happily find ourselves once more at Le Grand Bost when we do.
