Absolutely amazing property - would recommend to anyone!!!!!

                    5 of 5
This property is absolutely incredible. We stayed for 3 nights (party of 7), and I can't express how much fun we had. We rented the entire house, and it was extremely comfortable. The property is fully renovated and has amazing character (approximately 200 years old). It sits on roughly 700 acres of beautiful property with race horses all over the property. The hosts (Gwenael and Elodie) were extremely kind and very helpful with all of our questions. They also toured us around the property and showed our kids the stables. The hosts arranged an on-site dinner for us the first night at a very reasonable price, and it was excellent - just what we needed our first night there. The manor is only about 6 miles from the Normandy coast, so it provided the perfect home base for us all. Again, the house was amazing and can accomodate large groups - the pictures do not do it justice. We travel a lot and like nice places to stay. All I can say is that you will NOT be disappointed!! Beautiful and charming!

                    Perfect place for families

                    5 of 5
After a busy week in Paris, we wanted to relax and see the D-Day sites around Normandy. The spacious cottage of this 18th century chateau was the perfect spot. Our children enjoyed running all over the grounds and playing on the swings and slide. We also had nightly Ping-Pong tournaments. None of the D-Day sites were more than 30 min from the chateau. Ms. Helen was a gracious and helpful hostess. The chateau has been in her family for generations and she is anxious to share that history while taking you on a tour of the buildings. It is a quiet, beautiful setting where our family enjoyed time together. Highly recommended for families with small or multiple children.
