Strong points. Excellent water pressure and hot water. Bathtub is a little high to step into for anyone lacking flexibility.
Bathroom is spacious with good lighting.
Linens are fresh, bright, clean. Helps a lot for overall comfort.
Mattress is excellent. Very good nights sleeping.
Good light throughout the day. VERY quiet even with the windows open. Office building opposite.
Fridge, ac unit if needed--although it seems rickety.
Wifi excellent. No problems throughout our stay
Good lighting throughout the space -entry, living, bathroom.
Tv available but didn't use it.
Decent closet and drawer storage.
VERY convenient to the subway/busses. We avoided the Champs Élysées due to so many people and walked a few extra minutes to st. Philippe du roule metro.
Many small grocery stores within minutes, excellent Traiteur for breakfast, takeout-chez Julien at the subway stop.
Downsides. While there is a kettle, there isn't a coffee maker per se. We were fine without one but this might matter to some.
The carpet is stained which makes for a negative first impression. The apartment is very well-kept otherwise.
Overall. We are a couple, in our mid-sixties, well-traveled, and we have been to Paris many times before. We probably were in the apartment more than most visitors to Paris. We were very comfortable here. We were glad to have the sofa and the bed, and the small coffee table, and the dining table. The apartment matched the description. We made good use of the apartment and enjoyed our stay.
