Great apartment for cycle exploring Paris

5 of 5
This is a great apartment in a quiet location in Paris. We are cycle tourists and this is a ground floor unit so it made it easy to roll the bikes in and out of the apartment. Frederick is very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions quickly. The church across doesn't ring the bells until 8AM. If you're in Paris it is a great reminder to get out for that morning coffee and start your daily adventures exploring Paris.

Perfect!

5 of 5
From the first inquiry email, to the final details, Hannah was extremely accommodating and helpful. Her property manager was also lovely and was readily available for any extra questions I had. The property itself was comfortable, and has anything you could need for a one night stay to one month. It's centrally located and everything was walking distance - from the Louvre to the metro. I loved the neighbourhood this property was located in. I could eat out, do take-away, or buy groceries and cook for myself...and there were also plenty of delicious pastry shops and ice cream shops close by. For a couple or solo traveler, this property is perfect!

Convenient, pleasant, large, and sunny

5 of 5
We spent a delightful few days exploring Paris while based in this lovely and sunny apartment. The apartment is spacious, well kept up, with wood floors and windows everywhere. The view across the classic tin Paris rooftops across the street plays like a theater backdrop caricature of Paris, and the tiny balcony is inviting and adorable. You are 3 minutes walk from the Bonne Nouvelle subway station, 5 minutes from the very charming walking street Rue Montorgueil which is full of cheese shops, patisseries, open-air cafes, etc. The price was very reasonable. The owner was friendly and responsive. Some of the living room furniture is a bid odd, the chairs in the dining room are really outdoor folding bistrot chairs, and the halls of the apartment building are full of uncovered ceiling wires, but none of these things bothered us. I would strongly recommend this apartment.
