              Quaint with amazing location

First let me say that Isabelle was outstanding. She was always available for communication and she takes pride in her property. As advertised, the apartment is VERY small, but considering you'll likely not spend more than sleeping there, it gets the job done. The building is quiet, the elevator is definitely a bonus in an old building and is life changing after a long day, it's very clean, and the location is literally two minutes from the metro in a very safe and "happening" area! Lots of restaurants, a market and cute shops around the apartment. It's about a ten minute walk from an amazing area called Place du Republique with wicked restaurants and a 24hr Pharmacy (very useful!). When you stay here, you really feel like a Parisienne!

Benjamin was a great host and I liked the studio apartment a lot. Benjamin met me at the appointed time and showed me the ins and outs of the place. His instructions were perfect and it was easy to get settled in. The location was incredible, great grocery stores, cafes, shops and restaurants VERY close by. 10 minutes walk and you are in the perfect oasis of the Marais district, and in fact I could leave the apartment and stroll through the Place des Vosges quickly, which was heaven. The studio isn't big, but is perfect for one or two people. It's an old building with a lot of character, and it's faces a bright courtyard. The Bastille Metro was very close by so you could get around Paris quickly. The Seine was relatively close by, a 10 minute walk and you are at the river. The amenities were good helping to make it more like a home.

a wonderful place to call home in Paris

i just returned from a 10 day stay at the studio. I so enjoyed staying there as it is in a real neighborhood away from the tourist zone so you get to see how the Parisians live! A fantastic outdoor market is right down the street midweek and Sundays. there are plenty of food markets, shops, fantastic bakeries all very close. The Republique metro is a couple of blocks and there are local buses as well. However, it is a great neighborhood to explore on foot and one can walk for hours across Paris from here.the studio itself is warm, cozy, well decorated and very inviting. It is also spotless, has big widows and is very light and backs on to a green space so it is very quiet. The building is very secure and there is an elevator as well. the studio is very roomy with a full kitchen and bath. The bed is very comfortable!!!! The owner Michael is a jewel. He is so kind, friendly and helpful. He is easy to reach as well. He enjoys people and it shows. i have nothing but praise for this studio and it's owner and i would stay there again and hope that i can someday!!!
