My husband, two sons (aged 9 and 11) stayed in this villa for 2-weeks and it was great base for all the parks. Although this villa is big enough for two families, we chose it because we wanted a large, south facing pool, overlooking a lake.
We have stayed in several Orlando villas in the past and this is our favourite. The villa is in a superb location, feels very private and the neighbourhood is very quiet and close to all amenities. The owners provide you with plenty of useful information and I felt they were available at any point during the holiday if needed. The pool was the highlight for us as we generally enjoy spending relaxing mornings around the pool before heading to the parks in the afternoon.
The villa was well equipped and maintained although one or two items of items of furniture are starting to show a bit of wear and tear (to be expected in any villa in my opinion). The beds are very comfortable. Although we didn't travel with girls, the princess room was wonderful with lovely little touches; I'm sure that would be any little girls dream room.
We enjoyed watching Epcot's fireworks from the comfort of the sofa at 9:15 most evenings. A minor negative for me was that we spent a hour or so cleaning the outside rear windows. The view from this villa, especially the sunrise which is often accompanied by hot air balloons in the sky, is absolutely stunning and I found it somewhat irritating to have to look at it through dirty glass. (Please note that the interior glass was clean).
That aside, we loved the villa (especially the pool) and would definitely look to rebook when we return to Orlando.
