Great Villa and a Wonderful Stay

                  5 of 5
We stayed a week at the house with four adults and two kids. The villa was extremely well equipped with everything you could think of. Whenever we needed anything we would just search the house knowing Phil had stashed whatever it was somewhere for us. We ended up borrowing one of the umbrella strollers provided so we didn't have to rent one. We all had a great time in the pool with no bugs due to the screen. This is the only house on the lake we could see that has access for fishing. The house was large enough for everyone to spread out and the kids could play without being too loud. The furniture is very comfortable and we slept well in the beds. There were tons of towels, dishes, etc provided. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and is close to major grocery stores and shopping. We saved a ton of money packing picnic lunches for the parks. We were going to go to a water park and decided that staying at the house was just as fun. Phil is great to work with and went out of his way to provide information about the house and surrounding area. We visit Orlando a couple of times each year and this has been the easiest and most relaxing trip. I would highly recommend staying here and the kids are constantly asking to go back.

Spacious interior with welcoming backyard, great for families

                  4 of 5
We spent our March break here with our family and another family (Adults and teenagers). The house was very spacious and the open, high ceiling of the main area gave a wonderful bright and airy feeling. The bedrooms are quite spacious and are well represented in the photos of the listing. The kitchen worked very well and is well located to both the main room and the backyard. Overall the interior was very clean, although could use a bit of sprucing up here and there...although that would certainly not stop me from returning to this home. We spent most of our time in the two story lanai which covered the pool and hot tub area. There was enough room for all of us to lounge around and the heated pool was used a lot by everyone. The back yard is also very private thanks to the high bushes lining the property. Only con would be that the air conditioning is rather noisy and not completely effective. Overall this property offers a great home base from which to explore the many attractions of Orlando (all of which are within very reasonable travelling distance). Thank you Mark (and Royce) for your quick responses to all of our inquiries, you both made the experience simple and welcoming.
