We arrived late at night and had no problem locating and accessing the location. It was a quiet location and is about a half mile (Route 192) to the main route to the Disney Parks. You could hardly stay off-site and be much closer to Disney World. We had a few questions prior to our arrival and the owner, Rashid, was responsive and helpful.
The unit was appointed well and barring a few areas that could use a little touch up paint and a little carpet cleaning in a few spots, was very well maintained. There were TV's in abundance and plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, and the like. The owner provides use of the garage which is nice and somewhat of a rarity for rentals. One thing to note is that there are many stairs to the upper level bedrooms and the thoughtful owner provides a safety fence for the little ones to prevent them from heading toward the stairs at night. The owner also provided numerous clean towels and linens which was also a nice, unexpected plus.
We observed the community pool and playground area which was very clean, but simply did not have the time to use it. We were close enough to the Disney Parks that we frequently returned to our rental during the days at Parks when weather threatened or we were simply tired. The location was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants, had a washer and dryer in the unit, and left a check-out list that was easy to follow. When we return to Disney World and with little ones we almost certainly will, I will look to return to this rental.
