        Perfect Christmas House!

        5 of 5
Eight members of our family wanted to be in Florida for Christmas. This was the perfect house! The Pagazzi's literally make this a home away from home for you. There is plenty of closet and dresser space and we didn't find anything that we needed in the kitchen that wasn't there. VERY WELL set up for cooking complete meals for all 8 of us. The lanai was our favorite handout for sure! Very comfy with a large table and 8 chairs and plenty of other optional seating and areas to spread out for your own space. The pool was also perfect. for you non-swimmers beware....there is a deep end! LOL The walk to the beach is short, literally 1/2 block, across a street and through a parking lot onto the sand. We had to drive because of age, disabilities and such but I easily walked it when I went alone. You are also very close to St. Armand's Circle. It's a large round-about with tons of stores, restaurants and shops...great place to hangout, shop and eat. Say hi to Mike at the Daiquiri Deck! Great food at Cha Cha Coconuts! Also very close to Siesta Keys but not on top of all the action. The lady who meets you there is super nice and accommodating. We did have issues with being able to hook up to WIFI so make sure you get the correct info so that's not an issue. If I ever wanted to visit Sarasota again I would rent this house!

        Wonderful Place to Stay!

        5 of 5
This was our first time staying here and we loved it! We arrived late Friday night and the doors were unlocked and lights turned on for us. We were greeted Saturday morning by Jerry the owner who had some great tips for us. The house is in the perfect location, one street from the beach. There are several other cute houses on this street as well. We loved the house! It had everything we needed, from cooking spices, to laundry and dish detergent, to soap, shampoo and hair spray! Also, there were plenty of cooking pots and pans and utensils, and dishes to eat and drink from. The sheets and beds were so soft and comfortable! We loved the outdoor patio area, we used it just about every night. I suggest bringing bug spray though, because the mosquitoes were swarming that area. The little red wagon was missing, but Jerry told us he would have one delivered to us the next day and he did! The wagon is so nice to have to take to the beach. It was big enough to carry our Yeti 35 and all of our beach essentials. The beach chairs provided were pretty awesome too, you can carry them on your back. You can't beat the price and location of this place! And we even damaged the living room table and Jerry didn't make us pay to repair it. Very easy to work with and very accommodating! Thanks for a great stay!! We will be back!

George was easy to work with before our stay. Vicky was fantastic during our time at the house. It is exactly as the pictures show. Everything we needed for a great trip. Thank you for sharing!
