          Wonderful Experience!

          5 of 5
This was our first time in Cheri's condo for my husband, myself, and our 9 year old daughter. We LOVED the whole experience! The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the village of Indian Rocks Beach was quaint and inviting. The views and accessibility to the beach were both amazing perks as well. Cheri was wonderful to rent from- communicating and checking on us, as well as leaving great info on local attractions and restaurants, etc. We had an amazing trip and would love to come back and rent from her again.

          Had an absolutely wonderful month.

Unlike the other owners I tried, I finally located Indian Rocks Beach and Laura. I was trying to find a condo that would not only take a dog but a 90 pound long haired German Shepherd Dog. I needed to find a condo for a month and close to my son's home. She was a God send as I didn't want to board my dog for a month. Nobody, and I mean nobody wanted to hear "90 pound dog". Heads up.Florida doesn't let dogs on the beach. A U G H ! ! What are they thinking! The condo is close to many dog parks. All were about 10 minutes away. The photos of the condo are spot on. The pool isn't large but nobody was ever there. The path to the beach looks just like the photo. Soft sand. The building was having a new elevator installed. If the elevator had been available from day 1 I would have given this 5 stars. It was out of Laura's control but it was an inconvenience. I was happy when that was finished. (Now you won't have that issue, it a new one.) The building is well kept and the parking area as well. Parking area was well lit for safety. Laura was VERY accessible. When I texted her I got a prompt response. The pans were a bit worn and I sent her some photos and she provided a new set. The vacuum bag was full and I texted her and one was left promptly at my door. The couch is comfy. They master's bed is comfy. There is plenty of room for a family. I didn't use the 2nd bedroom but it looked nice and it has it's own bath. The master bedroom was able to be shut off from the main area which was great while my husband was there and the sports channel was blasting my ears off. There are good restaurants near by and you are close to the bridges and other beaches. The condo has two parking spaces which is a plus as well. There were plenty of dishes so I didn't have to run the dishwasher everyday. For me, a big plus. The dishwasher is very quiet, another plus as the kitchen is open to the living room/dining room area. There were beach chairs available and the breeze on the balcony was great in the morning for coffee/tea on an evening drink. I think you would be happy with your stay. Laura couldn't have been more helpful. This review shows I stayed September 2016. I took possession September 29th so it was actually the month of October. The weather was great!
