Paul has a lovely and spacious home. The living areas are wide open and pool was large & fantastic!

The house is very spacious with lots of living room. The pool is right off the back of the house, enclosed, and it is a large pool and we swam several times every day. The pool is kept up and monitored, and the canal that leads to the ocean is just behind the pool. There is one kayak at the house; we would have wished for 2-3 more so that we could go out into the canal and explore. Lacking a boat, you can't do much with the canal or the ocean just beyond it. New Port Richey isn't a tourist area, and there really isn't an adequate beach close to the property. However, we found Honeymoon Beach State Park about 25 minutes away and it was glorious! We went there two days. We went swimming with the Manatees about an hour north of the house and it was fantastic. Tarpon Springs is close and has lots of touristy things. So we had lots of variety -- but you had to have a car to get to nearly everything. We had no maintenance problems at all with the house. The kitchen is well stocked, easy to use, nice eating area, great master bedroom suite. All three bedrooms and baths are quite nice. We had a lovely, relaxing week and I would recommend it to others. The immediate neighborhood is of well-maintained homes and very quiet.

We stayed for 2 weeks june 25-july 9, had a 17 ft boston whaler tied up to dock. It gets bumpy when some of the folks dont slow down . Fished on point across from house first night and caught 3 flounder which we ate. Caught trout on south end of neighborhood from boat , went 20 miles offshore and caught 80 plus ,kept 40 in a relatives 27 foot boat . Took boat to island beaches around 3 pm which are very nice in afternoon when sea breeze kicks in around 12 . Our group loved the pool, view , spacious house, location . All u need is on the main road one or two blocks from house. Publix, Sams , Bait store , etc. We liked the cleaning deal. Spent Friday morning washing ,cleaning . Washed everything before we left . Bill /Tony are great . thanks . jerry
