          The apartment was terrific and our hosts were great. In spite of the weather being really cold (almost record setting, I guess!), we had a blast. The location is terrific for all the downtown spots. Great value!

          Great spot for the horse enthusiast

          Loved the location and the size of the townhome. Plenty of parking for a group of 10 that showed at HITS for two weeks. Centralized kitchen area worked well for us. Beds were very comfortable and Pat, who took care of any issue, was great! It is a very peaceful location to stay with plenty of room to walk and explore the working farm. About 22 minutes from HITS and about everything else.

          Just to be fair....

          I write this review with careful honesty because the owners of this apartment were extremely nice and of very high character, so I in no way want to disparage them or their very clean apartment. Additionally, in full disclosure, while we did "check in" to the apartment, we chose to no stay and I will explain the reason because I think is important for any potential renter. Upon our arrival, we found half eaten food and drank milk in the refrigerator, food on the counter, a pantry of half used food items, family photos on the TV shelf, as well as, clothes in the closet upstairs. Upon inquiring with the owners who were kind enough to welcome us to help ourselves to any of the food (not really our style, but generous nonetheless :), we learned that they LIVE in this apartment and had stepped out for the weekend (and I may be in error here) for the rental of the apartment. For us, this was a very uncomfortable situation and they were kind enough to allow us to immediately back out of our rental agreement and for that we are very grateful. In the scope of full disclosure, I think most potential renters would rather know this information, than be taken by surprise as the photos give the impression of a non-lived in property.
