Lago San Pablo: Condo Rentals (3)

        Recent Lago San Pablo Reviews

Beautiful and peaceful! We just got home from our week at Juaha Pacha and we miss it already.

Condo was very large and clean with a big equipped kitchen. Grounds were beautiful and safe for walking. We slept like babies and loved waking to the crows of distant roosters. View of mountains out both front and back were lovely. Would visit again!

Overall the apartment was good but there were a couple of issues.

        4 of 5
The apartment was located in a very nice and scenic location above the city of Cotacachi. The views were great and the city interesting. This was our second time in Cotacachi and we enjoyed every minute in the city. The issues with the apartment were that we were given a different unit than what we had reserved. The apartment that we reserved looked to be better furnished (I'm only basing that on the pictures that were posted on this site). I spoke with Ms. Young about it and she told me there had been a leak in the unit that we reserved so we were changed to another unit. I was happy with her explanation but I wished that had been communicated to me with out me having to ask. The second issue was that when we arrived on the first day at about 5:00pm we had no hot water. That night we waited on a plumber to come and fix the problem. When we went to bed the hot water was working but when we got up the next morning we again had no hot water. We again had to wait in the apartment until the plumber arrived which wasn't until about 1:00pm. So half of our first full day was wasted on waiting on a plumber to fix a problem that I believe should have been recognized and addressed prior to our arrival. The problem was with the water heater. Cindy and her husband Tim (residents in the complex) were a huge help during our stay and we greatly appreciate their efforts. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the apartment met our needs. We look forward to our next trip to Cotacachi.
