Beautiful eclectic home, above and beyond hosts!

We spent a week at Hollywood meets Dalmatia and loved it! The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Dani's personality shines, and you feel like you're staying at a cross between an upscale Hollywood resort and your own personal vacation home. The furniture is comfortable, plenty of towels are offered, and lots of little details have been carefully thought out. The kitchen is well equipped for serious cooks, and the pantry is well stocked so you don't have to procure every little thing you might want. When we arrived, Dani had prepared a lovely spread for us, and her property manager had left a cornucopia of fresh veggies from his garden. Quite the intro to mediterranean cuisine! The home is high up on the hills in Solin. It's got a rooftop deck overlooking the entire city and bay. Of course the pool and patio shares a similar view. You'll want a car to get around, but for getting to Split there is a public bus stop just 5 minutes walk down the hill. Split is a lovely town, and we enjoyed a few good meals there (Uje Oil Bar was the standout). We also used the home as a base camp for a few day-trip excursions to other islands for biking. Hvar is certainly not to be missed! Thanks so much for a wonderful trip! We really enjoyed our time in Croatia, and wish we could have stayed longer!
