A Great House and location to hold a family reunion!

                        5 of 5
My family and me were very pleased with this house. The house was able to accommodate our group of 12 very comfortably. The weather cooperated so we were able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities, having dinner by the fire pit. With the beach only minutes away, the location was perfect. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Yvette for offering this house for rent and providing an intimate setting for our family reunion.

Nice place, great pivot point to see lots of wonderful things!

                        5 of 5
The condo is nice and spare, not a lot of knick knacks to deal with, which I like since I have kids. The place is clean and they stock paper goods and a good pantry of dishwashing detergent, trash bags, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioner cooled down the whole apartment after a few hours. Nice fluffy towels and a stack of brochures to look at. Pari checked in a few times during the week to make sure that we were doing well. This is wonderfully situated so that you are a mile from the beach (free with the supplied pass), a few miles from Harkness Memorial Park, about 20 minutes from Mystic, about fifteen minutes from Niantic and the amazing Book Barns (four of them!). Niantic also has a good children's museum and some eclectic shops. It is easy to walk and not overly packed like Mystic. All told, this was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, safe, and central.

A delightful stay at The Little Grey Cottage!

                        5 of 5
The little grey cottage is an amazing find. Our family of four had a most delightful time and wished we had stayed longer! The home itself is adorable, well decorated with everything a vacationer could possibly need. The front closet was a treasure trove of beach accessories- blankets, chairs, toys, boogie boards- amazing. The backyard was charming; we enjoyed napping on the daybed underneath the pergola, eating meals at the outdoor dining table, and having adult beverages under the stars after the kids went to sleep. The ACs really cooled the place down making it nice for sleeping and we were thankful for Netflix when the boys (and me!) needed a little downtime. Giants Neck Beach was amazing for our little boys (6 & 3). Being on the Long Island Sound, the water was warm, the waves were small and it was shallow for a long way out. Such a special beach! We also enjoyed day trips to Mystic harbour, Mystic Aquarium and The Dinosaur Place. Great location, easy to get to and Donna & Ray thought of everything to make it an enjoyable stay!
