              Nice small studio

              4 of 5
Nice studio, great location, close to universal and hollywood blvd. For a family of four the studio felt a little bit small. Maybe we missed something but we didn't find any dressers to put our clothes so had to leave them in the luggage. The laundry is in the room behind the bed, you will feel the noise of other tenants washing clothes. Prepare a lot of coins for using the laundry. Unfortunately the dryer did not work well, so our neighbour tenant called to have it fixed. There's a lemon tree in the backyard my kids enjoyed and there's a nice park about 3 blocks from the house if you have small kids.

Great place to stay - close to Hollywood

This was a perfect place for me to stay while working in Hollywood for almost 2 weeks. The unit felt like home away from home, just like you would want. I had pretty much everything I needed and the host Matt was able to quickly supply a couple of needed items. The shower was a little on the small side and the bath room sink was built for a very short user - good if you have kids with you. On a cold LA winter day, the bathroom was a little chilly, but that would not be an issue any other time of the year. The bedroom was upstairs and had 2 double beds and a twin. The kitchen had almost everything I needed - some larger drink glasses would be a nice add. Parking was tight but available each night. Entry was through a keypad at a common gate and another electronic keypad at the front door. Matt was planning to add a working deadbolt for added security, which would be good.

My go to place next time I'm in Sherman Oaks!

The Hideaway was a perfect place for me to stay, and all that I needed was provided. It was more than I expected. The space was very clean, pleasant, comfortable, and well maintained. The neighborhood is lovely and so quiet. I enjoyed the short jaunt to Whole Foods, too. The manager made me feel at ease and responded quickly to my questions when I was scheduling. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
