        LIVING THE SUITE LIFE

        5 of 5
I can't rave enough about this home. It was a surprise stay for my mother's 66th birthday and she couldn't believe it was REAL. We were a party of seven ladies and everyone assumed we were staying at a hotel. Upon arrival the entire party was in awe at the majestic viewpoint of the city this home offered. If it is in your budget it is HIGHLY recommended you splurge on this one. Seeing the home standout above the rest at the bottom of hill was thrilling within itself, but to actually walk into paradise was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Very immaculate, well decorated and fully equipped with necessities to make your stay homely. I couldn't have chose better had the home been in Beverly Hills and not Hollywood Hills. We had the privilege of staying in the home for 4 days and found it difficult to leave to see the town because this place is an amusement within itself. Don't be surprised if you decide to skip a day in town just to enjoy all this home has to offer. Although we didn't get a chance to relish in the saltwater pool, we did have drinks and great conversation by the pool while enjoying the night lights. For us the added bonus is that it was only 7 minutes away from CBS studios, where Price IS Right is filmed and we had tickets to the show... Typically, I don't like to stay at the same place more than once but this will DEFINITELY be THE exception! Thanks Alex for making our home away from home SPECTACULAR!!

        Lights, Camera, Action... Hollywood Bday!

        4 of 5
This house is amazing! For my first trip to LA, I had a really good time. I was celebrating my birthday celebrity style. The house is so big, you can literally get lost in it. Its in the perfect location for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, and all main attractions. 7-15min driving distance to: -hollywood blvd, sunset blvd -santa monica blvd -major highway -observatory deck for the hollywood hills sign. -Beverly hills. 20-30min to downtown, LAX staples center, Nokia theatre, la live, etc.. We were able to take cabs to these locations for about $14-25 ow. But we split the driving costs. But traveling by yourself can become expensive. Car is highly recommended. There is plenty of things to keep you entertained if you decide to stay inside. The pool table, pool & jacuzzi. Unfortunately it rained all weekend, so we weren't able to take advantages of the outdoor activities. But I can definitely see myself revisiting in the summer to enjoy those amenities. I would have given this a 5star rating, but there was one thing that held it up. Since the house is in Hollywood hills, there is very little to no phone reception. From a group of 8 only 2 were able to receive reception in certain areas of the house. This is something thats beyond their control, but there is a house phone that is available for use. The property manager, David was more than accommodating to provide us the access codes & phone numbers. Fortunately there is wifi access and I was able to hook up my computer and receive the internet. David is a huge help and pleasure to work with. Great communicator, a huge resource, very responsive, and accessible. Thanks for your help in making this weekend a blast my friend & family! We look forward to coming back! :)

        Family Thanksgiving Gathering

        5 of 5
Our family met in LA to celebrate Thanksgiving...what a wonderful time we had. Flying into Burbank Airport from the East Coast, this home is a short 15 minutes driving time from the airport. The house is in beautiful condition and was just perfect for our family. The children's room, complete with a crib, was adorable. The children (5, 3 and 18 months) enjoyed the pool and the adults languished in the hot tub. From this central location we visited the Santa Monica Pier, Malibu, the LA zoo, and the Observatory. We visited the Griffith Park playground and rode the park train. And, the adults visited the usual LA tourist places as well as the Getty Museum. I would defiitely recommend this house for adults and children alike. It was a very special Thanksgiving, indeed.
