This cabin is very beautiful. You can't beat the view of the lake. There is a great view of the 4th of July fireworks from the bottom deck. We appreciated the quality appliances and amenities provided in the kitchen. Quality knives, pots, pans and silverware were great! It comes stocked with everything you need to make a large meal. The master has a super soft bed which some people like, while the other beds were firm, which other people like. So I can't complain about the beds since everyone has a different definition of comfortable. If you need more than one soft bed, bring air mattresses, there is plenty of space. Either that or I noticed that there are 2 twin aero beds stored in the cabin. The laundry room is stocked with laundry soap and the baths have courtesy travel size soaps and shampoos. The manager, Rafael, was always available to answer any questions that we had. When we reserved this cabin we thought it had an AC unit. Upon arrival we discovered that it did not, which is common in Big Bear (although other cabins do have them). We weren't very happy since it was pretty toasty in there being July, but we were able to reach the owner, Mike, very easily and he was so kind and offered to try to get someone out to install window units, but that wasn't necessary for us. Mike worked with us and was very courteous. I gave 4 stars only because of the lack of AC unit. Some people wouldn't have minded the heat at all and would have enjoyed it, however, my group did not include those type of people. :) We had a good time taking in the views and the kids kept busy in the play room, playing pool and collecting rocks and pine cones out back. Thanks for being so accommodating for us Mike!
