This lovely home was perfect for our recent stay in Whistler. We had ten of us in total, 5 adults and 5 kids and the layout of this home is excellent. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and there were enough beds that none of the kids had to share. Beds were very comfy and the home was clean and quite well stocked. The decor is as pictured and the location is in a quiet area close to the village. As an owner in Whistler who rents out a smaller property, I was a little disappointed in the overall maintenance of this house. There were several poorly maintained areas such as: the hot tub, many missing light bulbs, worn areas of carpet, broken or loose kitchen drawers, damaged vent covers, dings and chips in the paint and the fridge which had a broken shelf and was very small in capacity. For the price point, the up keep was not what I would expect. In addition, the wifi was very unreliable and there was no blu ray players, netflix, etc. which would have been nice to have. We would love to stay again as this was a great layout and location for our family but I would hope these areas would be fixed before we committed to another stay.

We appreciate the feedback regarding the maintenance issues at the property and have sent in our maintenance team to address the lights, kitchen drawers, vent covers, paint chips and damaged fridge shelf before the next guest arrives. Meanwhile we have requested that Shaw take a look at the Wi-Fi. We will also speak with the owner of the unit to address the hot tub and carpet, and will request permission to install Apple TV.
