Recent State of Rio Grande do Norte Reviews

a luxurious villa, glorious gardens, walk to beach

5 of 5
A villa direct from the pages of Architectural Digest, a private paradise with all the amenities, peace and quiet you could wish for, and then some! The service lady is another plus, she cooks heavenly North-Eastern Brazilian delicacies... It feels like you're in a 6-star hotel but with total privacy. A swimming pool, tennis/voleyball court, horseback riding, quatricycle and buggies rentals... you can't go wrong with this well maintained jewel.

Practically perfect!!

Our family just returned from our stay at this lovely villa! The house is very beautifully constructed, roomy and comfortable. Sipping coffee on the deck watching the early morning surfers, playing in the pool and napping in the hammocks while the kids played in the pool all added to our time at the house. It is in a more out of the way (remote) area and the beach in from of the house at the bottom of the cliff was deserted and seemed totally private. The main town of Pipa is about a 20 minute drive away. The house was a bit dirty upon arrival (kitchen counters, dusty floors) however that could easily happen in a matter of hours as the house is on a dirt (dusty) road. We had Aline cook for us two days (total of two meals) and she was easy to work with and the food was tasty. However I felt it a bit expensive at $R50 per day for just one meal on top of the cost of groceries. I highly recommend this lovely house and we hope to return someday!!
