          Great spot on South Coast

Barbados is a great island, and the house as advertised is a great place to stay if you're into kiting or surfing (be sure to check for seasonal conditions if that's what you want to do), or just want a relaxing comfortable place to stay. We had plenty of room for my wife and I and 2 adult kids. To get to the beach you just walk down a short trail and you're there. Can't swim there due to rough conditions, but there is a sheltered bay where you can swim (wear booties because there is some rock underfoot). My kids enjoyed the Wifi and a very nice TV setup. This side of the island is more adventurous than the West Coast, which is dominated by gated hotels. But it's a short drive to Oistins and not too far from the West Coast. There is no AC, and some people find it warm at night, but we were perfectly comfortable with island breezes and fans. Louise, one of the owners is very gracious, met us after our flight, and showed us around. Communication was always prompt, and quick refund of our deposit after our stay.
