The apartment was conveniently located to the city center and the metro. It is a roomy space that has been updated with plenty of storage, especially for 2 travelers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It was nice and quiet, but a short walk can get you to many crowd filled places. I would recommend this property but I must point out the following:
Since we stayed in the apartment for a full 2 weeks, I would recommend that the owner schedule a cleaning after the first week to include changing the sheets. You are required to remove your own trash which was not a problem. The shower looks roomier in the pictures than it actually is, and there is no shelf to place shampoos or soaps, so everything needs to placed on the floor of the shower. A shelf in the shower would be ideal since bending over to get your toiletries on the floor of the shower can cause you to open the shower the door and get the floor wet. You have to keep checking to make sure the shower door is tightly closed. Also the shower floor can be extremely slippery as it is a smooth surface. I had to call the owner after 4 days for clean towels. When the cleaning service arrived with the towels, she could not speak a word of English. She had forgotten the floor mats. We finally got her to understand, and she returned the next day with the floor mats. We did not want to call again for clean towels, so we washed them in the washing machine supplied and dried them on the towel rack. Clean towels and mats should be delivered 2 times weekly. The sheets should be changed weekly. Our sheets were changed after 10 days. I am glad it was not too hot when we went in September as there is no air conditioning. Bring your own electrical converters if you use an electric toothbrush or c-pap machine. The television has no channels where they speak English such as CNN or other news stations.
