                    Fantastic!

The casita was located on the edge of the city in a very nice location. The gated community made my husband and I feel very safe, even walking at night. Paul (caretaker) was extremely accommodating with regards to flights and booking dates, so that was very appreciated. The area was very quiet and made for a nice relaxing holiday. The pool was wonderful as was the hot tub. The towels were nice and soft, not that awful hotel scratchiness. We saw amazing sunsets and lots of wildlife right outside the house (coyotes, javelina, lizards, etc). When visiting this casita I would recommend renting a vehicle as it is a bit of a distance from any restaurants/shopping and the majority of the road is uphill. Also a good thing to note would be that you cannot access the pool area directly from the casita. I was under the impression that the door opened up onto the back deck, but you actually have to walk around the side of the house to get there. Made for a bit of difficulty BBQing (but still very doable!). They had upgraded the bed from a queen to a king and that was great. The bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. Overall it was a fantastic visit and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. We would stay again if we are ever in the area!

The house is beautifully designed and huge. Our group of ten were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the eating facilities are many and gorgeous. The movie room was a hit with everyone!

Wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view

We were impressed with the location, the casita and the hosts, Paul, Tristan and Anna. The days went by in a hurry with all that we wanted to see. We enjoyed hiking and to see the saguaro cactus. One of the many things that made our stay easy was the flow of traffic in the area. We on a boat ride tour at Saguaro lake, seen the Cooper mines at Kearney, Az. Hiked in Usery Mt. Recreation Area. Went to Payson for different views of desert and a great breakfast (-: The casita, pool and the sun set were so awesome, our favorite nightly event was to watch the sun go down over the city. Thank you again, for all the comforts and enjoyments at the Casita.
