            Great location

            4 of 5
I loved the location of this condo with easy access on/off the 101 and close to Desert Ridge Marketplace. The grounds are very nice and the pool a great place to hang out. The condo itself was nicely equipped in the kitchen and just recently had new carpet installed in the bedrooms. Owners were very quick to answer questions and respond to emails and calls.

            Cozy, immaculate home!

            5 of 5
My husband and I were lucky to find this perfect home to stay in for the month we were in Phoenix. Everything about it was perfect, great location, decorated beautifully, owner was a dream to work with....I could go on and on! We arrived on New Years Eve and she had a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us. Hopefully our next visit the home will be available!!

            Grandchildrens' verdict: "AWESOME"

            5 of 5
This was our 16th VRBO and definitely one of the best. The owner should be a set designer and this very comfortable, well laid out home has many dramatic highlights. The best feature is the "spool" that is larger than a hot tub but not quite a pool. Last year we rented a home the same time where the pool was unheated. The water was too cold for the grandchildren to enjoy. This year, the grandchildren spent hours every day in the spool and loved it. There are many other "gizmos" in the house, much to our amusement. From the shower head with a light show to the plastic cylinder in the master that turned out to be an aroma spa, this home is full of surprises. The backyard is beautiful and very comfortable. It beckons you to spend your time there. The home is located in a very pleasant family neighborhood. While it is about 10 minutes from the larger commercial areas, it is very accessible to the loop road and north/south highways and our adventures each day were a reasonable drive. Don't miss the Musical Instrument Museum that is just 2 exits away on the loop road. Vicki treats you like she has lent her home to a friend and we got more attention from her than all our other owners put together. We are hoping to return next year.
