  • Would like to live here!

Therese's home was so warm and welcoming. She was there at the house to meet us when we arrived and was responsive throughout our visit. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Each child got to have their own room with wonderful living space for us to hang out together in. The public transportation system was terrific (once we got it figured out). The bus is a short walk away from the house and allowed us to get to wherever we needed in Stockholm. (We bought the unlimited 7-day SL Access pass at the grocery store - you can also get it at the tobacco shop at the Nacka Forum Mall; it worked for the bus, the subway, and the ferry...so easy!) We would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to Sweden. We loved everything about our experience! Thank you, Therese!!

  • Great Accommodations and Wonderful Hosts

Carin and Adolph Feldman's property at Husarvikstorget 9 is just what our family needed on our 9-day visit to Stockholm. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and all the essential accommodations needed for my two daughters, their eldest children and me (grandpa or mor far). Tastefully furnished and provided with a full kitchen, laundry facilities and quick access to a grocery store and public transportation, the apartment offered a soothing respite to each day's tours of Stockholm's wonders. The flowers and other plants on the balcony afforded a pleasant place to rest and view Husarviken and nature, the latter of which we partook of on our walks. I, as chief cook, was aided and abetted in preparing vegetarian meals for min barn och barn barn by Carin and Adolph's well-appointed kitchen. Their housekeeper, Emiliana, provided us with helpful hints for the apartment and access to Stockholm's transportation and venues. Our positive experience has us returning soon to include other family members who were unable to visit this time and continue in our efforts to learn more about our homeland. In particular, I hope that Carin and Adolph's property will be available to us in a future visit, especially as I seek to discover min far fars och min far mors hemman and distant living relatives. Tak! Ron
