We had a great stay at Annaly Manor. Check-in was easy - a gated driveway and front door with a code made us feel secure. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. The grounds were well kept, we were able to pick a few pieces of mango and papaya. Pool was awesome - there were a lot of wasps that we were wary of but in the end, they didn't mind sharing the space. Wi-Fi, A/C, dishwasher, and washer/dryer were available and we had no issues. We highly recommend getting a jeep or similar in order to reach the house as the road is known as "The Pothole Preserve." We were greeted nightly by a herd of wild cows and a few deer. The location of the house is in the middle of the rainforest, plan for at least 10-15 minutes of driving to get to the beach; the additional time is for the switchbacks and pothole avoiding that Google Maps doesn't account for. The views of the valleys and distant sea are spectacular. We would gladly book again, maybe with some friends, as this house is huge!
