This property is centrally located to all the amenities of the resort and within a couple of miles to attractions in Branson. My family greatly enjoyed our stay here! Excellent for families, highly recommend.
We couldn’t have had an easier booking & check-in process. I loved that this cabin was in a gated community with lots of amenities. The cabin had close neighbors but is down the hill from busy areas like the pool. It was surrounded by trees so you felt like you were secluded in the mountains but still very close to pools & activities & the marketplace with a Starbucks (this city girl appreciated that after braving a very cold dip in the outdoor pool).
Pros: The cabin has two large bedrooms and large bathrooms. Both bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs and showers. Both bedrooms have king beds with lots of pillows. Three TVs (not our priority but there was a tv in family room and both bedrooms ..., helpful for rainy days, I imagine). The back deck runs the expanse of the cabin & has lots of space. I also appreciated the washer/dryer unit in the closet in the master. The resort has a mini-golf area, four pools, sand volleyball court & basketball court. The main outdoor pool was immaculate &had plenty of lounge chairs & towels. There’s a cute playground behind the main pool. The marketplace on the resort property has pizza, ice cream and Starbucks. They also have a few grocery items and you can stock up if you have forgotten items. The kitchen had snacks and a small wooden high-chair for families with young babies. I thought that was a nice touch, the resort gave us a map to all the pools and activist upon arrival. The cabin was central to everything in Branson. Checkout was an easy matter of throwing away trash and loading dishwasher
Cons: We found the kitchen very small when preparing meals but I feel that wouldn’t matter to people who dine out more than we do. Also, the kitchen table was significant wobbly but “first-world problems”.
I had researched and read a lot of the reviews prior to booking. The way they read, I thought the steps leading to the cabin would be a challenge with luggage, etc. I can see how It would be a little worrisome with elderly or young kids but they are not steep. They are wide and capped off by railroad ties that vary slightly just by the way they have settled but I didn’t feel there is a big issue. There is space for only one car but we have rented a lot on Vrbo or airBNB and that is almost always the case.
I regretted that we didn’t make time for the waterfall hike because it was convenient and looked wonderful.
