The Sea Wind Villa provided a wonderful Fijian experience for our group of two families. The house is perfectly setup for two families traveling together, or any larger group of travelers. Bedrooms are located off to each side of the main living area, providing plenty of privacy.
This home was the most well appointed rental home we have ever stayed in. Anything you might need was there; from board games to cooking appliances. If you choose not to cook your own meals, there are two very affordable restaurants close by, and the one restaurant right down the hill from the Villa said it would also deliver meals to the house. The Sea Wind Villa definitely looks as good in person as it does in the pictures. It is located about 1 hr 45 minutes from the Nadi International Airport, so a rental car is advisable; especially if you want to see other parts of the island.
If we had a complaint, it would be that the home wasn’t as close to the beach as we would have liked. (6-10 minute walk) As a heads up, you do have to go down and up a steep incline as part of your trek to the beach. Other than that we LOVED everything about the home and would highly recommend it to others!
This house is AMAZING! The property is very private and the grounds are just stunning. Jerry was great to work with and answered all our questions. This house has everything you need and much more. The beds were very comfortable! The house manager was Dharna and she was so sweet and friendly. I highly recommend having her cook at least one meal, her cooking is outstanding! The Grounds manager was Ashneel and he was really nice and helped us with arranging taxis. The only thing I would do differently is rent a car and bring a pool raft. Restaurant recommendations: Wonderful seafood at The He-Ni-Uwa which was ½ mile walk. Gazebo Café Restaurant & Moksha Spa where directly across from the house and we loved the food and had a very nice couples massage at the spa. Naviti Resort is 2 mile walk on the beach (very rocky), we had a nice lunch and then went back for an excellent dinner at Bamboo Terrace restaurant. Also across from the house was Craig’s dinner where we had a nice lunch. Additional recommendations: Bring your own coffee and buy Alcohol at the duty free. We stopped in Sigatoka to do our grocery shopping on our way to the house. There is a small grocery across from the house and they do have wine & beer and all your basic needs.
