  • Worked for what we needed
    4 of 5

We needed a place to stay for 1 night and didn't want to be downtown. We had 4 kids with us and we all fit comfortably with 2 in a bed and 1 on the couch. The other was a baby in a pack and play, which fit well in the master. The unit was accurately described. it could have been a little cleaner, there were some cobwebs and bugs roaming about. If we would have stayed for a weekend, it would have been tight for the 6 of us. For one night, it worked just fine. Randy did communicate quickly when I needed to reach out. The unit was well stocked with cooking essentials and he included some bottled water and there were a few snacks available.

The property was in a great location if you are looking to stay close to Downtown. A short 5-10 minute drive straight north of Downtown. This was our prime objective. The area didn't seem to be the best when we pulled up. The yard wasn't maintained very well. So it made us a little leery before we walked in. However, once we got inside, the property was as described. It is VERY ROOMY, well kept, clean and a great place to hang out with our friends for the evening! It has a nice deck for sitting outside as well. It is on a second floor so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue. We had another home booked but they cancelled on us at the last minute due to a water line break in the house. So we scrambled to find this the night before. The owner was great with communication! Easy to work with and we were able to get right in as promised. The pricing was more than fair. Over all it was a nice place and I would definitely stay there again if the need arises. Thanks again Cole!
