What a great stay! Maria was incredible! From the get go, she answered all my questions promptly and through out our stay she was available. The place is clean, and exactly as described. She greeted us at the door, showed us the place and even left some cava and cookies. I highly recommend this place. Maria, thank you for everything. PS You have a lovely mom.

WOW!! Just WOW! This is quite the property. I don’t know where to begin. This is brand new construction/renovation of the Ruin of an old Spanish farmhouse in the middle of the forest. All the competitions, fro ruin of an old Spanish farmhouse in the middle of the forest. You come here for relaxation, nature, hiking, rejuvenation. You don’t come here for excitement. It is the perfect place to disconnect and listen to the earth. First, the host. Mr. Castañer Met us at the property. He greeted us warmly and showed us around the house and gave us a brief history of this very neat place. He just finished ballooning and hand the house ready, need,y and tidy for us. The house is two-story and has two bedrooms upstairs and kitchen and living area downstairs with a small bathroom. The bedrooms were upstairs. Once again, this is a renovated very very just adjacent to a a 18th century old farmhouse ruin which is quite cool. As being someone who just renovated house, this renovation job was phenomenal. The kitchen was very well appointed. Señor Castañer had coffee stocked in the kitchen as well as some basic pantry items. The beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom and shower were quite adequate. Our only complaint was that the soap dispenser didn’t seem to work very well and made us need to use the nice hand soap as we traveled quite far and didn’t bring toiletries with us. I have no doubt that he’ll still fix this because he is quite a nice, accommodating, pleasant gentleman who had One goal. That was to make our stay pleasant. Had we called him, I’m sure he would’ve been right there with some bath soap. We managed without having to call. We went to the local grocery and grilled on the fireplace/grill in the yard. It was quite the nice relaxing time for us Americans in the forest in Spain. Although there is no Wi-Fi, our cell service Was enough to allow us to occasionally, access email, social media, etc. I think that was gods way of telling us to disconnect for a bit. All in all, not a single bad thing to say about this place. It was quite awesome. I would stay here over and over and over again. If I lived in Spain it would be a routine place for me to go for time away. :-)
