The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos posted. What was not as obvious was the serenity of the backyard, pond and plethora of birds. we spent every evening discussing our day adventures enjoying the relaxing sunsets and the sounds of the birds and horses nearby. Ms Claudia was very friendly, professional, informative and helpful. She has a lovely white dog, Foilee [ not sure of the spelling] who kept our family entertained playing fetch! Great location for Normandy sightseeing-Two grocery stores- Lidl & Carrefore 8-10 min drive, Bayeux is about a 10 -12 min drive, DDay beaches, monuments and museums are 10-35 min away. St Mere Eglise was 40 min away and Mont St Michel was about 80 min drive- easy for a day trip. Would recommend this home highly!!

Apartment is in a small quiet village, which we like. There's a small courtyard with chairs and table where you can relax and park your car. Apartment is clean and spacious. Suggestions: It would have been nice to at least have some packets of coffee and a bar of soap in the bathroom. We arrived late because our train from Paris was cancelled and had to take a later train thus supermarkets were already closed when we arrived. Luckily we had some tea bags and some soap with us. Also the lounge sofa in the picture is not comfortable to sit in. There is no back to lean. Maybe a proper sofa where you can sit back and relax.
