The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos posted. What was not as obvious was the serenity of the backyard, pond and plethora of birds. we spent every evening discussing our day adventures enjoying the relaxing sunsets and the sounds of the birds and horses nearby. Ms Claudia was very friendly, professional, informative and helpful. She has a lovely white dog, Foilee [ not sure of the spelling] who kept our family entertained playing fetch! Great location for Normandy sightseeing-Two grocery stores- Lidl & Carrefore 8-10 min drive, Bayeux is about a 10 -12 min drive, DDay beaches, monuments and museums are 10-35 min away. St Mere Eglise was 40 min away and Mont St Michel was about 80 min drive- easy for a day trip. Would recommend this home highly!!

We enjoyed our stay in the Utah House on Samuelle's farm. She has beautifully restored the manse to create pleasant spaces filled with wonderful architectural and design details. And you have ducks, goats, cats and geese to complete the picture. We took advantage of the home's many conveniences including a great kitchen, dishwasher, washer, swimming pool, patio, oversized back yard and very comfortable beds. However, if you are very tall or cannot navigate stairs, the Utah House may not be the best fit for you. The location in Vouilly serves a nice home base to explore Normandy both upper and lower -- everything is within close driving distance. And the D-Day beaches are all within a 20-30 minute drive.
