Enjoyed the house, very comfy. Parking was a problem, especially on weekend. First time with vacation rental home vs hotel. Didn't realize clean up was required, but not a huge deal. Had to run dishwasher, start washer with linens, etc. Next person knocked on our door early, which was not cool since we had not reached checkout time yet. Location was good for walking to restaurants, beach, and yard was awesome to bring food back to patio. Overall, enjoyed the stay in this property. Note about overall trip to Seattle... Seattle sure has changed... surprised by amount of homeless and graffiti in city. Seattle NEVER looked like this 15 years ago. Our kids were a bit freaked out and they are teens.

Suquamish is quiet, with beautiful walking around the neighborhoods and down to Sully's, where the food is varied and tasty, then on to the peaceful waterfront. It's an easy drive to Bainbridge, hiking, and small charming towns. The cabin is spacious and super clean, with everything you need. Huge windows let in the light, over a big deck. The new renovation was done with love and imagination, with decor evoking many times and places. Made us smile. The host provided thorough information and responded quickly to texts. The place invites people to enjoy each other's company and take in the beauty.
