Property as advertised. Sarah and Claude are very welcoming and give a lot of information of what to do in the area, about the little village itself, and are available for anything you need. We were 3 adults so we asked for the couch to sleep on in one of the bedrooms to be transferred to the ground floor. They accommodated us right away. However this extra couch is a bit small, so it is more fitting for a child or an adult not too tall.
Pool is clean with a beautiful view. It is deep - which was ok for us because we like to swim.
This property is exactly as advertised. I can’t imagine a more beautiful spot on the lake. It is great for large groups.
The cabins are very minimal and it’s a bit like camping. No closets or a place for clothes so most stuff ends up on the floor. Some cabin showers were backing up mid way through our week.
The common house and kitchen has enough dishes and seating for many people which is great. The kitchen is poorly stocked with bad knives, old used cooking supplies.
You are given one set of sheets and one towel per person for the week. We opted to have daily maid service and extra linens and towels, which was very expensive and the housecleaning was terrible even for French standards.
Overall wonderful week. I recommend it as long as you’re okay with rustic.
