Just left Villa Cubana after a one-week visit. I believe that this visit could not have been better. This was one of the best equipped rentals I have ever stayed in. Everything had been thought of. The kitchen was set up with every utensil you could need. The rental agent, Greg, had been in contact with us for weeks before our visit to make sure the home was as we wanted. We had one issue with a slow running sink; I called Greg and the issue was corrected within an hour. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to most places, quiet and secluded, a beautiful pool - we could not have asked for more. I highly recommend Last Key Realty and Villa Cubana. You will not be disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to KW for close to 10 yrs. - a month in paradise! This year's location was one of the best - a few steps to Duval and everything else. Parking out front. Bella V is what we call "typical KW." Porches, doors and palm trees. Inside is very nicely done. The kitchen is very nice - big and pretty well equipped. The strangest things: no table/ floor lamps. All the lighting was In the ceiling! The windows had outside shutters but no inside blinds. Two of the bedrooms face the street - a bit dicey at night if you like to read or better still, if you change to your pj's! The street lights at night are a bit annoying too, and the sun tends to come in. Only one TV - not good if you have people wanting to watch different channels or when they go to bed! When we got there, the wifi and the main air c weren't working. The woman realtor that we worked with was wonderful - responded immediately; got the stuff going. Sitting out back overlooking the pool with a breeze - Margaritaville at its finest.
