  • Beautiful home, full of light and room for three generations.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for all 5 of us, including a 1 year old. The weather while we were there was pretty dreary but once inside one felt warm and cozy, with gorgeous light filled rooms. The kitchen has everything one needs and the added laundry room was just perfect for hanging wet clothes to dry. We really enjoyed the open dining and kitchen area as we could all be together while making dinner. The bedrooms upstairs have plenty of room for storage, one with an en-suite and a view down to the town and sea. The family bath was very large with a deep soaker tub. Big fluffy bath towels awaited you after and the bed were very comfortable. The other bedroom had two singles, a good size and then one more single bedroom with the best view. When the weather is better you can sit outside in the garden and have tea or a glass of wine before dinner. The house is located a 5 minute walk from the Tate Gallery and across the street from the Gallery was our favourite beach and cafe. A few minutes further and you can find yourself in the heart of St. Ives, shopping, cafes, ice cream and the wharf. We loved the house and Alison couldn’t be more helpful. We would definitely return if we come back.

  • A delightful cottage

We stayed for a long weekend in 1 St Eia and it was exactly what we needed. We were out of season so Parking was available nearby. The cottage is beautiful presented with exactly wat we needed, plus all the extra touches which made it special. It was great being able to take our dog and the outside tap was great for removing sand.
