- We loved this place!
This place was perfect for us. We arranged to stay here for one night, which was a big mistake. We should have stayed here several days, making day trips to Pitigliano, Sovana, Civita, Saturnia, and anywhere else nearby we wanted to visit. This was the perfect place to relax, cook dinner, and relax some more. The grounds and the view were stunning. Equally important the host, Daniela, was helpful and easy to contact. She offered to meet us in Gradoli to show us how to get to the property. We thought we could easily find it on our own. Wrong! We got completely lost and ended up meeting her father, Serafino, in Gradoli. Lesson learned … meet them in Gradoli to begin with! Then it's a short drive to the property. Serafino was absolutely wonderful! It was a pleasure meeting him and talking with him about his life and the property. This is definitely a place we would return to.

Plenty of room in this farmhouse for our family of 12. The area is peaceful but has a lot to do nearby for those who want more excitement. The owner was helpful in acclimating us to local restaurants, wine cellars and places to visit.
