  • Charming, warm, cozy, convenient. Family didn’t want to leave.

Appreciated the home-y feel. Loved the coffee service, fresh flowers, and homemade cookies. I just wanted to hang out in the kitchen the entire time. We came on spring break with our family of four. Our girls had never really gotten to enjoy Eureka. And, since they are the artsy type, they squeeled with delight upon arrival at the cottage. So many “Magnolia” type nuances to discover. Whomever is responsible for the reno certainly has a knack for it. You seriously felt like you were walking into a magazine. As we were leaving, I was still discovering things to appreciate. The furnishings were all thoughtfully and tastefully utilized. Our bed was comfortable and we loved the stylish linens. There are so many good things to say. But we’d definitely stay here again.

  • Fun, quirky house!

Our family enjoyed our stay on Beaver Lake in this house. It's very clean, there's tons of room, and it's not too far from Eureka Springs. The biggest drawback was the loft in one of the bedrooms. It's obviously meant for young children because there are a lot of small chairs, toys, tons of books, a train set, etc.--all wonderful things. However, there's not a handrail on the stairs going up to the loft, so it would be easy for a small child to fall quite a ways if an adult wasn't watching closely. Since there are several projects going on in the house, I feel sure they're going to add a handrail at some point, though.
