  • Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood and 8-minute drive to Ronda

This was the perfect property for our 4-week exploration of the "pueblos blancos" of Southern Spain. The house is a gated, private, and very quite and pleasant compound with swimming pool and olive trees. We spent most of our time here, but also did day trips in all directions. We also did several three-day trips to Malaga and Cordoba, retaining this property as our home base. The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms were modern, the shower had great water pressure, and everything worked as it should. If I'm supposed to find something wrong this is it: We love to cook and recommend that some of the kitchen knives be sharpened. An important part of the success of our stay was the care and attention given to us by the owners Eugenia and Pepe. It turns out that they built much of the home themselves for a family member who now lives in another part of Spain. They helped us with information about excursions, location of the best food store (actually, a GREAT food store) , and support during a medical emergency that was successfully resolved. They are a wonderful couple and they are invited to stay with us in the USA any time they so desire! We recommend this property!

  • A spectacular villa in a gorgeous setting!

We had a very good stay here. It was clean and well set up, including basics for the kitchen. Close to Arriate and just a short drive to Ronda. We would definitely come back.
